If what is said is not what is written

 if what is written is not what is read

If what is recorded is not what happened

if what actually happened is not what is recorded

If what is interpreted is based on what is written, but what is written is not what was said

If a court order is  based on what was written,  but  what was written was not what was said

It what a judge says is not what she means

If what a judge means is not what she says

If the camera is switched off and nothing is recorded

Then justice and democracy is turned on it's head.
