It’s the Law
*Section 68 of the Solicitors (Amendment) Act, 1994 requires a solicitor
to provide the client with particulars in writing of :-
(a) The actual charges, or near estimate.
- · However, many solicitors do
not comply with this Law
- · Non-compliance with the Law
allows unscrupulous solicitors to take ..what
they like from a subsequent settlement
- · Solicitors must be forced to
obey the Law
